Where we deliver and processing
Physical products are delivered only within India. Digital products are available in India and internationally, subject to payment and product restrictions.
Processing and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking will be shared when available. The customer must provide an accurate name, mobile number, PIN code and delivery address. Delays may occur because of production, couriers, weather, holidays or events outside our reasonable control.
Physical items: choose size carefully
Before ordering a physical product, carefully check its description, measurements and size chart. Compare the measurements with an item that fits you well; do not rely only on your usual size label. The final size, colour, design and quantity selection is the customer’s responsibility.
Physical products are not shipped outside India. International customers may purchase digital products only.
No returns, refunds or replacements
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, every physical-product sale is final. We do not offer a return, exchange, replacement or refund for an incorrect size or fit selected by the customer, change of mind, personal preference, selected colour/design/quantity, minor screen-to-product colour differences, refusal of delivery, incorrect address, failure to read product information, or normal variation in handmade, printed or made-to-order items.
Please contact us before ordering if you need help understanding a size chart. Guidance does not transfer responsibility for the final selection.
Damaged, defective or incorrect item
If a physical item arrives materially damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, clear photos of the item, outer packaging and shipping label, plus an unedited parcel-opening video showing the sealed parcel and issue.
The item must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags. We will verify the claim and provide only the remedy required by applicable law. Do not send an item back without written instructions. This exception does not cover customer-selected size/fit, change of mind, misuse, normal wear or disclosed variations.
Digital product delivery
Digital products are delivered worldwide through a download link, email or customer account after successful payment. Provide a correct email address and check spam or promotions folders. Delivery may be delayed during payment or fraud verification.
After digital access or a download link is delivered, the sale is final. No return, exchange or refund is offered for change of mind, accidental purchase, incompatibility disclosed before purchase, or failure to read the description. We will assist with a duplicate charge, verified failed delivery or a materially corrupted file we cannot correct, and provide any remedy required by applicable law.
