These Terms govern use of the Namha Innovatives website and purchases of physical or digital products. By using the website or ordering, you agree to them.

Products and availability
Physical products are sold and delivered only within India. Digital products may be delivered in India and internationally. Images and colours may vary slightly because of screens, lighting and manufacturing. We may correct a material description, availability or pricing error before fulfilment.
Size selection and final sale
Carefully review the description, measurements and size chart before ordering any physical product. You are responsible for the selected size, fit, colour, design and quantity. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all sales are final. There is no return, exchange, replacement or refund for an incorrect size or fit, customer-selected colour/design, change of mind, personal preference, refusal of delivery or failure to read product information.
Orders, payment and cancellations
An order is accepted when confirmed or fulfilment begins. Prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise; taxes and delivery charges appear at checkout. Payment is processed by Razorpay or another displayed provider. Orders cannot be cancelled after processing, production, digital access or dispatch starts. Earlier cancellation requests are not guaranteed. If we cancel an order, collected funds will be handled as applicable law requires.
Digital products and licence
Digital files are licensed for the use stated on the product page. Unless expressly allowed, they may not be shared, reproduced, resold, redistributed, uploaded or commercially exploited. After access or a download link is delivered, the sale is final and non-refundable except for a duplicate charge, verified failed delivery, a materially corrupted file we cannot correct, or a legally required remedy.
Delivery and order issues
Delivery dates are estimates. See our Delivery and Returns policy. For a materially damaged, defective or incorrect physical item, notify us within 48 hours with the order number, clear photos and an unedited parcel-opening video. We will verify the claim and provide only a remedy required by applicable law.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
The website, brand, designs, text, images and downloads are owned by or licensed to Namha Innovatives. You must not interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, unlawfully scrape content or use the website or products illegally.
Liability and privacy
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Governing law and contact
